Location directly on the water's edge and structure of the hotel are brilliant, but unfortunately not managed well
Menue does not explain what the Indian food names actually mean, 4% extra charge when paying with credit card, excessive charge for airport transfer (50USD), No own transport service to reach other business destination in the area, therefore you have to change money to pay the local ones, no teller machine in-house - in conclusion, not suitable for business traveler.

Quiteness of the sorroundings
Poor cordination between reservation and room servise agents because several times doors was tried to be opened by them thought the room was empty.

The bed was comfy, the room was clean and had everything in it that you'd need.
Served soup with a piece of plastic in it, sat on dirty sofa and oil stained my new dress, then was sat on a chair covered in bird poo. Very poor compared to Seacliff next door- the food was awful, overpriced, outdated, poor service, no guests around says alot, when I asked for a toothbrush, i asked them to call by the room anytime after 8am as I needed a rest, then at 06.40 someone is pounding on the door- seriously?! Won't be going back. Had much better experiences for less money elsewhere.
